Scope of the Interior Architecture & Design field: Residence Interiors which includes spaces like Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, studio apartment etc. Also design of other Interior spaces like Commercial, Corporate & Professional Offices, Hospitality, Retail Facilities, Healthcare, Institutional, Entertainment, and Restoration & Adaptive Reuse. Interior designing for residents includes kitchen and bath design, model homes; interior design for commercial buildings includes decorating the interiors of corporate offices, healthcare, retail facilities, institutes, hotels, entertainment venues among others. Another part of interior designing is the specialty design that deals with lighting, codes, and product design.
Higher income and higher aspirations are creating demand for interior design & it is one of the fastest growing professional fields.
